The Navigators have been doing a terrific job practicing typing this year. Recently we have been practicing using Word by learning how to create documents, save and print. We have especially been having fun exploring different fonts, colors, clipart and graphs. We've also been working on typing up some of our favorite pieces from our writer's notebooks.
The Navigators have also been busy making fossil imprints! What is the connection between fossils and rocks? Why do people always talk about fossils and dinosaurs? What types of fossil are there? Ask your Navigator to explain this to you!
